Prospects can schedule a tour online, verify their identity securely, and receive a digital key that grants access to your community's amenities and available apartments. This digital key can be used to unlock doors and access designated areas, providing a flexible and personalized tour experience without the need for a leasing agent to be present.

How do prospects unlock doors and amenities during the tour?

Prospects use their phones as keys. Once they start their self-guided tour, they can open any selected apartment and amenity directly from their phone. Access is limited to the designated tour time and expires afterward to prevent unauthorized access.

What kind of units can prospects tour?

Prospects can tour both actual vacant apartments and model units. You can choose to integrate with a property management system (PMS) like Yardi, Resman, or Entrata to pull available vacant apartments for tours. This integration is optional and customizable to fit your community's needs. Alternatively, you can set up specific model units for the tours, giving prospects a variety of options to explore.
